7-Day Easy Returns & Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Unstitched fabric must not be cut or altered in any way.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact customer support via WhatsApp or email at zarwaanstudio@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos of the item.

Once approved, pack the item securely and dispatch it back to our return address.

Refunds/Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
